our philosophy

Our philosophy is to invest in seed and growth capital in startup or operating companies. We work closely with business owners and management teams to understand their vision. We serve as experienced resource providing strategic and consulting services while, in some cases, we formulate their growth plans together. However, as we believe in management’s autonomy we do not get involved into the day-to-day operations of our portfolio companies. We use no debt. We act fast and are able to close transactions in a very short timeframe.
